CerMark® ULTRA is Vibrantz’s highest-performance black laser marking aerosol formulated to achieve the best results in the industry. This all-in-one product eliminates the need to use several materials making it a more economical solution that delivers darker marks, faster.
ULTRA laser marking aerosol utilizes a patented laser bonding technology that offers a unique non-damaging solution to create permanent, high-resolution marks on ceramic materials like ceramic tile, dinnerware, mugs, sanitary ware, porcelain, stone and brick, glassware, automotive glass, spandrel glass, and container glass.
Comes in a ready-to-use aerosol formula in a can featuring a specially designed valve designed to deliver improved usage. This design eliminates the need to clear the spray system by inverting the can and spraying again after use.
Ultra are in two presentations: paste and Aerosol
ULTRA aerosol is an ethanol-based all-in-one black laser marking aerosol that allows for faster drying time. It is recommended for almost any metal substrate including stainless steel, brass, aluminum, titanium, copper, chrome plating, nickel, and similar metals. Is recommended for use in laser marking on metals where ease of removal of unused material is a key factor.

Shipping Note: This product uses an aerosol can and cannot be shipped via UPS/FedEx Air. Therefore, this product is shipped via UPS GROUND to the 48 contiguous states. Products shipped via air to Hawaii or international destinations will be subject to additional hazardous-materials charges. This is due to regulations on shipping pressurized cans on aircraft.
Best way to applyThe best results you get when you have evenly coated the part with 2 or even 3 coats of the ULTRA spray before laser marking, wait at least 30 seconds between each coat before applying the next. |
